Now, does anyone have an opinion between the USAK Semi-traditional ($230) vs. the J. Higgins PV economy ($130)? On paper they're seem quite similar as both include buckles, belt loops, fringe and take full measurements. Both also use MM PV (I asked). So I wonder what the real difference is. I'm going to guess it's in the construction but I was wondering if anyone could further educate me.

Can anyone comment regarding stabilizers and liners in the Kilts in question? I would like a stabilizer as this helps a kilt retain its shape.
