As far as I am able to determine the only source for the Manx Laxey Blue Tartan is -

And as far as I can determine the only source for the Manx National Tartan would be a custom weave.

I contacted Laxey Mill and received a very prompt reply.
I can have the tartan sent to Canada instead of double handling it.

Adoom - it’s well worth contacting them through their website to enquire If a PV is woven?
It’s commonly used in school uniforms in the UK & Australia so they may make it and not advertise the fact or may be able to assist with another supplier.
