I know nothing about when the various rifles came and went, or about the various medals.
All I know it that those gauntlet cuffs didn't appear until 1868.
yes it's because of Martini-Henry rifles and typical Egipt+Khedive Star medal duet for Egypt and Sudan campaigns 1882-1889.
Martini-Henry MkIV rifles have been replaced by Lee-Metford rifle starting from 1888-.
