New Isle of Skye Casual Kilt
I got a phone call from USA Kilts yesterday!

Now its time to start saving for a 5 yard wool... and sorting through the massive list of tartans.

The Isle of Skye tartan is on my wish list. Good to see all examples of it in kilt form. I also think a great vest could be made using that material.

You've chosen a lovely tartan to be sure and with it, your hose and your waistcoat, you have a lovely foundation to build your kilted attire from ......It is habit forming so enjoy the waiting for the next pieces .....and if I'm not being too bold, my advice is always get the best quality you can, it is money well spent, worth waiting for, .... and you will enjoy it for your lifetime
Cheers

Isle of Skye is one of my favorite tartans. The way you wear it shows why it is a an awesome kilt.

Thanks Gents,
I'm quite fond of the Tartan. I had originally ordered an Anderson tartan, as my wife left me rather dismayed with her initial impression of the Isle of Skye. Thankfully, I got a call informing me they ran out of Anderson, and it'd be a bit, so I prompted the Mrs. to have another look and she consented. We're both quite happy with the results.
