Thanks Robert...appreciate your help. Found some stuff over on the UK Yahoo board too. Guess I'm not the first guy to have snap trouble out of the chute with UK denim kilts.

Fishing around on the Tandy site was looking at conchos...wondering about adding conchos to the denim....have found some nice conchos at Western shows, but always put them on leather...suppose I could add a leather backing piece...gotta find better looking conchos than what Tandy offers though.
