    Being in the mood for Single Malt this evening, I opened the Whisky Cabinet and enjoyed several wee drams of Speyburn 10, Old Pulteney 12, and Ardbeg Airigh Nam Biest (2006). The Speyburn 10 is okay. Old Pulteney 12 is always pleasing. But, oh my brothers, this special Ardbeg is truly scrumptious!
