And we don't have winter tires, snow chains, or any of that stuff. It was pretty dicey for a while. I wouldn't mind some snow as long as I'm warm and safe at home.
We should be getting our first hard freeze this weekend, I think. I still need to put all my winter insulation on exposed pipes. Crud.
I did the water pipes, yesterday. I’m the only one of the family that has driven in the snow. I don’t like doing it. The fact that we have a couple of aging Range Rover(1988) & a Discovery 1 (1997), means little. Without snow driving experience, having four wheel drive simply allows one to drive into deeper snow prior to getting stuck.
