With the greens in the Black watch, could I wear another color hose besides black?
Gray to go with the jacket?
Or,
With the Black Stewart kilt, black, white, or gray hose?

Assuming that you currently own black, white, and gray hose, and no other colors, gray hose would likely look the nicest, black next. Coordinating your kilt hose with your jacket and/or waistcoat is always a good option.
