    I wore the Black Watch again today and as I was thinking about this thread wore hand knit claret hose, I think it demonstrates that claret hose work very well with the Black Watch tartan.

    Again regarding this topic, here is my grey Argyll and waistcoat with mustard yellow hose. Just so you can see that it works as well.
