With respect, that location is a branch of Geoffrey (Tailor) within their Edinburgh Weaving Mill building, not the Headquarters shop which is at 57/59 High Street (about half-way along the Royal Mile). The latter is where the serious kilt-wearer will shop - the Weaving Mill branch is somewhat tourist orientated, although they do have quality merchandise there also, of course. Additionally, Howie is shortly to open his own exclusively "TFCK" shop in the basement of the Geoffrey (Tailor) HQ in the High Street.
