All good options! Your Highland wardrobe is an "embarrassment of riches." I have a long way to go ...

    Best wishes,

It is for sure; however, with one exception, all my kilt jackets are vintage and purchased for quite reasonable prices. Takes some patience but definitely worth it when you find a great piece.

    Good luck in your search,

    Shane

That's a beautiful jacket! I'm not sure a 40R would fit me well. While the sleeve length looks good for me, I'm worried about the measurement across the shoulders. The snuggest suit jacket I own that fits me well measures 19" across the shoulders. The bigger issue is I'm really hoping to find one with a vest!

But thank you for thinking of me and replying to my post. I really appreciate it.

Best wishes to you for a Happy New Year,
    Kevin

I did find a beautiful vintage tweed houndstooth jacket (bespoke) on Ministry of Tartan. It's very tempting, as you'll see below ... they also have a medium green bespoke jacket and vest that I'm interested in, but they're confirming whether the measurements will work for me.

The search continues! And, as you suggest, patience will pay off in the long run!

    Best wishes,
    Kevin
