The Tap Room in downtown St. Louis does an annual Burns Night supper every year. I've never been, but some friends of mine in the Invera'an Pipes & Drums say it's a guid time, and the Schlafly Scotch Ale is nae sae bad either!

The St. Andrew's Society does some "kilt nights" at the Tap Room before the games in October.

Cheers,

Thanks for the info, although it seems a bit formal for someone venturing out in a kilt for the first time. I'm sure it would seem very intimidating

At the moment I don't have the proper accessories for my kilt, plus it's not a formal traditional, so I'm sure I would feel out of place. I think a more low keyed event may be better. I'll probably wait until the tartan days in St. Charles.

I appreciate the gesture though. Thanks again.
