With the greatest of respect, "just putting on the kilt" does not always guarantee " a good time" and members here do regularly require guidance on what is the best attire for this or, that event to help them "have a good time". The several thousand(?) posts and countless threads requiring and discussing that information does cause one to consider that there is a need for it.
