What tartan is The Buchanan wearing? I don't recognize it.

Inauguration tartan and matching bonanza
It's the Buchanan inauguration tartan, designed by Lucy Buchanan, the new chief's daughter, a year or so ago.
The striking thing about this picture is the rather garish matching, more redolent of practice in another part of the world.

The use of pink and blue (particularly those shades) brings to my mind a 'gender reveal' party for expecting parents.
