All the wool is in bad shape. But the horsehair sporran by Hugh MacPherson may be worth the bid alone. Can't see any detail on the belt.

Black "day" sporran in a classic pattern for $5.
It has the gold oval Made in Scotland Real Leather stamp.
The sporran seems in good shape, the chain strap not so much.

Two Scottish-made sporrans for $10.
The "semi-dress" has seal. I wish these were being sold separately, because the brown leather one is very nice.

Two Scottish-made sporrans for under $2.
Not sure of the fur, one looks possibly bovine, the other seems seal, but in the closeup looks perhaps artificial seal.

Wow four Scottish-made sporrans for just a few pounds.
They're in the UK and at least two of the three are seal (one has a sticker stating this) so for US buyers it would mean a roll of the dice, hoping Customs doesn't seize them.
The standout for me is the brass-topped Nicoll Brothers one. Back 20 years ago Nicoll Bros was the only firm I saw selling sporrans using that cantle, and I wish I knew who made them.
Well, the fur is green! But if that sporran was being sold separately I would buy it just to get the cantle.

A very strange thing.
It appears to once have been a red leather Margaret Morrison sporran with some sort of Evening cantle.
Something has faded the red, and someone has removed the cantle.
Shipping to US is far more than the sporran. It could make a cheap project for somebody in the UK.

Here's its brother in white leather with cantle still on, but from another maker.

It has this stamp on the back which I've seen a few times. I can't see the maker mentioned on this stamp, nor have the sporrans had a second maker's stamp.

Very nice brown Day sporran with Celtic knotwork stamps. $40 no bids.
I can't recall seeing one having the knotwork around the edge of the body like this.
The gold oval stamp is a bit different, saying "pure leather". The shape of the tab is a common style.

This is one of those sporrans that's had aftermarket modifications which result in a strange beast that doesn't match up with anything any UK maker would have made.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/20450208358...%7C1750%7C3000
It's billed as a Royal Regiment of Scotland sporran. It isn't.
From the front we see a decent-looking Black Watch style cantle, and there are five short black tassels, but there the similarity to a legit Black Watch sporran ends.
For one thing there's a crude ill-fitting green gasket/liner.
Next are the cones, which as we know on Black Watch sporrans are plain black leather, but here they're crude imitations of cones made by wrapping gold fabric trim around the top of the tassels.
As is often the case seeing the back of the sporran tells us more than the front.
We can see it's a WE Scott & Son long horsehair sporran body which has had the original cantle (almost certainly one of the standard civilian pipe band styles) removed and had the Black Watch-ish cantle crudely stuck on.
We can also see how holes were punched all the way through for the cords to hold the tassels, and the original proper grommeted holes showing us the sporran came from the maker with two tassels.

This is getting a lot of bids. EDIT: It's over $250 now.
Have the bidders realised it's a child-size cantle? Only 4 inches wide, and that's probably including the side knobs.

Scottish-made sporrans in great condition rarely go for this little, 10 pounds.
Looks to be seal, so US buyers beware.

Just a couple dollars opening bid, no bids yet, on an elegant older brown Daywear sporrran.
I don't know which maker, or when, does that fancy treatment on the rear tab that holds the strap.
