I can't recall examining a Manacraft sporran in hand, so I can only estimate their quality from the photos I've seen.

The quality appears more or less in line with what WE Scott Edinburgh is making nowadays. In my opinion L&M Highland Nova Scotia and Margaret Morrison are using more supple leather than WE Scott is currently using.

About the chrome, seems to me that all the modern makers are using their share of chrome-plated hardware.

Here's a Manacraft sporran (under the Taylor Rae brand) that has a pretty nice antiqued cantle.

And on the topic of branding, here are the backs of four Manacraft sporrans.

One has a sticker stating "Hire" with codes.

One has a sticker stating "ACS Clothing" with codes https://en.everybodywiki.com/ACS_Clothing

One has the "Taylor Rae" branding https://www.holyroodpr.co.uk/acs-clothing/

I would assume that providing sporrans to ACS would entail Manacraft having to produce sizeable quantities.

As you can see Manacraft sporrans are identifiable by their riveted-on D-rings; thus they can't be worn with plain leather sporran belts.
