403 Forbidden error (again)

I have our hosting company working on this issue. So far they have had to edit the permissions within the code or "Whiteboarding" some issues.

Would everyone please check and see if they are still getting the 403 error since Saturday.
If so please send me an email with as much detail as you can about what happened.
