    Central New York Scottish Games, Syracuse, 9 August

    Anyone else planning on this? I have it on good authority that Barb Tewksbury will be there.

    August?

    I have heard of the Central New York Games, but have never attended. I grew up in the Hudson River Valley, but moved south 50 years ago this month. My memory is that August, even that far north, can be extremely hot. I hope the weather is more accomodating this weekend.

    It can be hot. Forecast is for upper 80's on Saturday. I didn't go last year because the forecast was for severe thunderstorms, which happened.
