Spotted in the wild... in Estonia
Pipers with NATO battle group. Not sure which regiment this is, I understand the British contingent includes the Royal Tank Regiment (RTR), 1st Battalion, Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (LANCS), 4th Light Brigade Combat Team (Black Rats) and (at least until recently, if they are still not here) 2nd Battalion Royal Regiment of Scotland (2 SCOTS).

The tartan is hard to make out, but given it clearly isn't Royal Stewart and the black berets worn by other ranks, I'm going with RTR, who wear Hunting Rose tartan.

Interesting uniforms.
RTR Pipes & Drums, wearing the Rose Hunting tartan (I had to look it up).
Here's a nice video of them performing in Stanley, Falkland Islands (another cold place!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKShu60M2OU

If you look closely you can make out the tank badge on the corporal’s arm just above the piper badge.
