Great Kilt

Going to be buying another great kilt. Wondering which is better, just the plain kilt, or adding cheat pleats for ease of wear?

I don't have cheaters in mine. I was given a great kilt with cheaters sewn in, but will probably remove the stitches if I am ever going to wear it
