Well, my girlfriend bought me a little while ago an Irish National from Stillwater and I must say I was quite impressed and wear it everywhere....just by chance I'm wearing it now. Of course I would like to get my hands on a 'real' kilt one of these days but as I'm currently living the 'starving student' lifestyle my Stillwater is an unbelievable luxery. And as for new or old to kilting, I'd say, hmm, luke warm.
