You'll want to adjust the fell line to 1/3 the length of the kilt. I believe we're all in consensus on that one. Correct me if I'm wrong, people.

There is a Georgia state tartan that is officially approved by the state. And, to my knowledge, there is an Atlanta Pipe Band tartan, which is not the same as a City of Atlanta tartan, per se. I don't think I've heard mention of a new City of Atlanta tartan.
Maybe someone has come up with one?

I bought remnants of the Atlanta Metropolitan Police pipe band tartan from Burnett's and Struth.

- yeah, I sort of mismeasured my hem (well, actually, I plain did), so the fell is 3/4 of an inch too long. You can't notice so much when standing still, but when walking it is quite obvious. I may have enough internal pleat below the steeking to raise it a bit, but that project can wait...
