Comment collection of the night
I work in a bar, and wear my UK to work since it fits our work "uniform" of khaki bottoms. Every single night I get comments about the kilt, and nothing but good -- or at the very worst, curious -- comments. I'm always amazed at how many people say, "Hey, that's a Utilikilt!" One guy said he has one too, but doesn't wear it all the time.
Anyway, tonight two comments stood out: one girl give me her phone number with a very provocative remark on a piece of paper. Second, we give out comment cards with the checks, and one of the questions is "What should we add to the menu?" The answer on one card was, "The man in the kilt."

Good Lord, man! When are you gonna listen to us?!
We've told you... and told you. Do NOT wear your fishnet kilt to work!

For Heaven's sake, Jimmy!!!!! How about a warning before you post a comeback like that!! Now I have to clean a bunch of coffee off my monitor.
Andrew...I've had some great responses from women whilst wearing my kilt, but the two you just mentioned have to be the best ones I've ever heard of!

All Right!
I just posted my adventures last night, then opened your thread and found you've been having similar success.
Its happening all over.
Duh, women like men...well, some women like men...hence the great track record of the human race.
Letting them look and wonder is a fun trip.

What I want to know is what color hose you're wearing with your fishnet kilt.

Philly is kilt friendly...
Last night (this a.m.), in old city Philly, we were leaving as the clubs were letting out. I had already been checked 2 or 3 times. Drunk girl comes up, "can I see?" "If you must." At that point, I know it's better not to argue with drunks. She "discreetly" lifted the the kilt and loudly said "Oh my god!" before scampering off to rejoin her friends. I know she wasn't referring to the goodies, but it sure is nice to get that kind of a reaction from a cute, albeit inebriated lass. My girlfriend chuckled and said does that make 3 or 4 tonight? She's a people watcher and really enjoys the reactions. I think its more fun, because I'm just bein' me and honestly forget sometimes that I am wearing a kilt.
Later I'm driving my girlfriend home and she says "I like your kilt because I feel like I have a season pass." She's very forward.
And you may ask yourself, Well how did I get here?
