Nothing wrong with being a Traditionalist.
I wore Stetsons, vests, and boots, drove American made cars/trucks, hunted with lever-action rifles, and generally carry a Single-Action Revolver. I'm a staunch believere in the Constitution of the United States, Rugged Individualism, and the Bible. All in a day of reversed baseball caps, AR-15's/M-16's, sub-compact riceburners, high-capacity Wondernines, subversive socialists, welfare whiners, and athiests.
I've gotten my share of odd looks and insults for the way I've dressed for over 30 years. I've listened to snide remarks about my vehicles, and jokes about my antiquated guns, and insults about my Patriotism, religion, and stubborn individualism. Quite frankly I don't give a tinker's damn about what other folks think of my mode dress, politics, religion, or the tools I choose to use for hunting or defense.
Wear your tartan's with pride and let the idiots dress as they will.
