Kind of on topic - sort of...maybe
when I was in high school I was very taken by the whole drum and bugle corps activity. The Kilties from Racine, WI were one of the big boys of the day. I had no idea they were still around!

Here's about half the hornline (contras and sopranos) and some of the drumline at some indoor concert. There's no sound like a good drumcorps hornline. woohoo!

I marched Drum Corps for 5 years I saw the Kilties a few times when we were on tour.
Play'n Contra in a Kilt would have been a dream.

which coprs miah? I was in the Spirit of Atlanta for about two weeks and decided I'd rather work and make money for the summer. from the website, it looks like the kilties have become a "senior corps" (no age limits. Sounds like a lot more fun that way!

I marched Contra in Magic of Orlando
I was in the 1st year that they ever made the top 12 (finals)
it is to this day one of the proudest moments of my life.

Wow, they sure look sharp in the concert pic! I wish I'd tried something like that when I was younger.

It appears to be Buchanan, modern colours.
