Todd, that's exactly what I noticed after I picked up a previously owned, but not previously worn J Higgins kilt from the Kilt & Thistle in Salem, OR. It seemed great the first couple times I wore it, but, then I discovered that the hole for the strap on the left side was starting to come apart, and the end of the outer apron was starting to fall apart at the bottom. Had my local kiltmaker (North Channel) take care of it. Ever since then, it has been just fine. In fact, after Al G. gets back from his trip down here, everyone will finally be able to see said kilt.

Oh, btw, not to go off on a tangent here, but Al got his phone call yesterday... He's employed again. So, looks like the positive energy that we were giving him helped.
