Keep in mind in your search that all these Welsh tartans are very new. The first Welsh tartan was a national tartan for all of Wales designed in the 1960s. And for a long time that stood alone.
Within the past few years, there has been a move to make the tartan in Wales more popular, and Welsh family tartans have been designed -- not by the families themselves, but by companies marketing them.
Not that I'm saying you can't or shouldn't wear them. I just don't want people to assume these are old, traditional designs, when in fact they are new fashions.
Historically, the Welsh never had a "family tartan system" so this is something quite new.
Aye,
Matt
