I am sure that in time she will get used to me kilted I may be the only one in town to wear a kilt, but I am also the only one man enough
I enjoy wearing my kilt very much and I am not ready to give up or give in to any pressure she may give me.As the saying goes,"life is too short
to sweat the small stuff."I know this first hand
I thank all of you for the support.
It's your life, brother. Live it by your rules. Stay strong for yourself and you can be strong for others, including her. That, "feels like I'm walking with a woman," comment is nothing more than an arm twister; a way to control.
Wearing a kilt harms no one and enhances your own life. She will adapt to living with the town kiltie when she sees more of the reactions of daily kilt wear. Or she will be too insecure to handle it.
The former is the norm. The latter I have never seen when a resolute man clearly insists on wearing his kilt.
People adapt.
