Make leather a shade lighter???
Is there any way to make leather a shade lighter after it has been dyed??
Sunlight? etc......

I know of no reliable way to lighten a dark color. Darkening a lighter color is no problem.
Is the leather dyed, or stained? Sometimes stains (a type of leather coloring, not drips from a turkey leg) can be removed, but dyes are pretty much permanent.
If Freelander or some of the other leathercrafters know of a reliable method for lightening the color of dyed leather, I'd very much like to learn to do it.
