I don't seem to have had my say on this matter yet, although I thought I had. If I am not too late (I've not been around these parts for a few weeks!), I have to say that I much prefer Tartan No.1., especially with a kilt in mind.
However, bearing in mind earlier discussions regarding import duties, taxes and shipping costs, I am not so sure that I am going to be able to afford a kilt length of this exclusive tartan after all. I'll just have to wait until we have the final, confirmed details of the true costs before making up my mind. It now seems most unlikely that the fabric will be ready for me to collect when I am in Vancouver (31st July - 13th August). That would have reduced the overall costs to me quite significantly. Ah well, you can't win 'em all!!
