The only thing I can think of in Los Angeles proper is a place that's making Utilikilt knockoffs, but that doesn't really count...

If you want some decent Brit grub, I can direct you to a couple of places.

Think there's a Kilt oriented bar in one of the Vegas Casinos....Ahh, the Tilted Kilt at the Rio....but its the barmaids in kilts serving Irish brews.

The United Scottish Society of Southern California would know if anyone does. http://www.unitedscottishsociety.com/

There is a single "store" in Las Vegas, but they are entirely mailorder at the moment. http://www.highlandxpress.com/index.html

The St Andrew's Society of Southern Nevada meets the second Thursday of each month, and the Purveyor carries a small stock of Scottish items. Their website is:

That's about it here in Vegas. Mid-summer isn't the season for events here, outside the casinos. There are sales tents at the St. Patrick's Day festival in February and the Highland Games in April. Also generally some kilt-oriented booths at the Rennaisance Faire in early October.
