It's simple!
1) Wake up.
2) Start some coffee, turn on the computer.
3) Log on to kiltday.com.
4) Realize that today is this years Official Kilt Day!
5) Drink your coffee, put on your kilt, and go out to enjoy the day.

Thanks for the plug Jeff. The response to KiltDay.com has been tremendous. I have gotten so much postive feedback from guys all over the world that are getting into kilts for the first time and claim my site was the motivating factor. I have tired to pack as much useful and positive information there as I can. I know it is a lot to read, but it seems to be doing some good.
If anyone has any comments, suggestions or constructive criticism on the site, www.KiltDay.com, please shoot me an e-mail. All input is appreciated.
PS. Jeff, I'm absolutely loving my chocolate brown corduroy PK. Perfect for the cool fall weather on the coast. Thanks again.

I think the best reason to wear a kilt any day is because it's comfortable, and "We darned well want to"!

I wore my USA kilt to Home Depot this morning, my wife thought it was a highly innapropriate time and place to be kilted, I couldn't think of any other reason to give her other than
"I really really like wearing the kilt..why shouldn't I be able to wear it whenever I want to?"
Having some more legitimate sounding reasons to be kilted while doing my normal boring mundane activities would sure be a help!
Wear your kilt proudly, but carry a big stick

I think the answer you gave was the right one. Why do you need a reason?

I probably give more cards out at HD while wearing a Workman's UK that at any other place.

Hey Glen! You just stole my thunder with that one On the other hand, as has been stated here by others: who really needs a reason? Not I.
