Awww, come on guys. That autoresponse (which lets you know they have shipped the item (from the shipping machine in their warehouse/shop) means it's on its way. The caveat is just that the UPS truck may or may not have swung by yet that day for pickup. I love getting these (especially when they include a tracking number) because it means goodies are on the way!

Speaking as someone working for UPS's largest customer in my city, those machines and services and autoresponses are all in place to give MY customers a better experience. I'd hate to think it was frustrating them!
