Well, similar but not the same. Today, the Clark tartan is usually woven with white overstripes, where the Clergy blue tartan is woven with grey or sometimes light blue. But it will give you an idea of the general look of the kilt.
The kilt I will be making is the Clergy blue, ancient colors, made from Lochcarron's 16 oz cloth. It will be box pleated, to show the blue stripe on the black.
