Be aware that Celtic Croft's Phillabeg is NOT a tailored garment. It is simply a length of cloth that you hand pleat and belt on each time, although I think they will stitch in some pleats for you, but they will be rough. Think half of a great kilt. I've got one, but it's only for costume wear. Their budget (economy?) kilt isn't bad, a good kilt for the price. You'll probably want to go that way.
