Kilted Indecent Exposure In Arizona
Tempe Arizona police reported the following incidents Monday:
A 31-year-old transient man was arrested on Sixth Street just east of Mill Avenue early Sunday morning and charged with two counts of public sexual indecency and one count of urinating in public. The man, who was born in Scotland, was reportedly seen urinating on a building on Mill Avenue and then allegedly turned to face two females. Police reported the man "pulled up his Scottish kilt and exposed his genitals and penis."
I guess he is not an Xmarks member :-)

Having followed one of the other threads for the last several days. I'm wondering why would you rule him out?
just a light thought, not meaning to offend anyone.

oh, the bad grammar thing, pronoun refers to the noun rule. I didn't mean why would you rule out our mild-mannered Riverkilt, why would you rule out that it wasn't an Xmarks member. I also suspect you knew that.

Me too
Shay, I wondered about that too. Maybe he has some strange anatomical characteristic? More likely, confusion reigned from the police report.

In addition to the age discrepancy, there is also the fact that the weinie wagger was described as a transient, and I believe that is an euphemism for Homeless Bum. And as a general rule, homeless bums don't have internet access on a regular basis.

Please, please come with me to my local library... The most disgusting wine and urine soaked, foul smelling, filthy, rude, horrid homeless bums await you. They sit in the air conditioned library all day at the computers. The city wants to do something about it but hesitates because it does not want to appear discriminatory. Theft in the library is at an all time high. You can't leave anything, not even your empty bookbag alone for even a moment sitting on a table. They go in and bathe in the restrooms, in the sink.

I shouldn't do this kind of thing but it's the sheepdog thing. Deconstruct the whole charge. Do we need to know the person is a transient? No, but what image does that create? The answer is a slavering exhibitionist, therefore book'im, Dano.
Critically, a transient with a kilt could be a Scottish tourist, and if he's from Glasgow, well, he's being normal (sorry, that sounds bad but it's not too far off).
Do we need to know that he faced two females? No but if it said facing (that's not what he's charged with) two people, you might assume two men and think so what? Females, yeah, book'im.
For forensic reasons, if they are asked how did they know he was urinating and not writing on the wall with a water bottle, they confirm a penis was seen. It also reminds the reader that he was a male and women were involved.
Now you get a double whammy, all sorts of body parts and power stances. Book'im.
Early in the morning and on Sunday, too. Well, that's a pretty picture, I must say (where's that quote from?). Book'im.
My question, Scottish in a kilt, in Arizona, suggests some money or legitimate story, did he mouth off to the polis?
Read the story my way: Scottish tourist arrested for urinating on wall after bars close Saturday night. He was interrupted by two people and returned a traditional Scottish response which lead to police being called in. The Scot was inebriated and did not co-operate with the police.
Of course, this is completely made up but if it was the after effects of the parties in the various kilt-lifting threads, what was the big deal. The press may have been written in such a way to direct the readers' response to agreeing with the outrage of this man's actions.
