Wow Ranald, I wish I could have been there. It all makes me very cheesed off that we were in London at the wrong time, just a few weeks too early.

We caught just the beginning of celebrations in Stirling.

What a buzz that must have been, thanks for the report.

My fellow kilt wearers I went to this walk for Wallace to represent my family and to represent Xmarks.I have to tell you the day was full of emotion for me and a few times I had tears in my eyes.
I say this , do not feel you wasn't there, you was, even if you just thought of Wallace on the day.
I was dissapointed that I never got to meet any other xmarker but really it wasn't that sort of day and had I not got talking with a couple of people I would have done the walk in silence.
My best wishes to all Xmarkers.

The Welsh Centre in Gray's Inn Road is where many of the activities of the ex-pat Scots in London take place - The Comunn na Gàidhealtachd ‘s nan Eileanan Lunnainn (the Highlands and Islands Society of London) meets there regularly and holds its cèilidhean there.

Today the coffin was moved into the Smith Art Gallery & Museum in Stirling, to lie in state until being transported to Lanark on 10 September.

Graham, I hate to rub this in, but not only did Clann an Drumma play at St. Bartholomew's on Tuesday, they were in Stirling to pipe the coffin into the Smith, today.
