    Sporran and Belt Display/Holder

So I'm puttering around yesterday and notice I have one of those wooden gizmos that accordian out in an XXX pattern with hooks sticking out. Think folks hang decorative tea towels from them for display.

I remembered Rocky's post about hanging his sporrans from a four hood rig. Dusted the gizmo off and mounted it on the back of my bedroom door.

Now my sporrans and kilt belts hang from it. Not only looks cool all my gear is much easier to grab on to, out of the way, and its all there for fashion decision making.

    Thanks Rocky. :-P

That's funny, Ron, and quite a coincidence.

Yesterday, I was rumaging about at the back of my garage, thinking that it's time I had a good clear out, when I came across just one of those "gizmos"! It had ten pegs on it and I wondered if it would be suitable for sporrans. But then I realised that ten pegs were not sufficient for my needs and, besides, the sporrans would attract dust if left out 'in the open'! No, better stick with keeping them in the drawers of the bedside cabinet. So the "gizmo" went in the wheelie bin which was emptied later.
