    Actually, you shouldn't mention the kilt at all. Just wear it like it's the most natural thing in the world. If he happens to bring up the subject, deal with it. Otherwise, you're home free!

    That is pretty much what I planned, by bringing it up I ment that I would wear it and if it comes up it is better that it does before I will be meeting vendors.

    I wish that I would have discovered kilts while in college. I am somewhat jealous of you guys being in the proper attire while also educating peers and professors, well done!

    My oldest enjoys wearing his kilt on campus. The only ones who make "skirt" comments are coeds teasing him. They pretty much know that he gives as well as he gets.

    The guys never call it a skirt. The ones who bother to make a comment all seem to think it's cool.

    I think they all admire his confidence.
