That tartan is a proprietary tartan, and can only be purchased from Celtic Originals on the Isle of Mull.

The tartan was designed by Peter MacDonald for them, and proceeds go to support charities.
I don't know if they produce kilts themselves or not. Clicking on the product info links on their web site this morning just got me a bunch of "404 Page Not Found" messages. Not sure if it is my problem or theirs. At any rate, their phone number is there.
If they don't make kilts themselves, then the next thing would be to see if they make kilt weight cloth, and then either purchase the cloth to send to your favorite kilt maker, or have whatever kilt maker you want to work with order the cloth directly.
I don't know what weights and prices are available, you'd have to give them a call.
I agree, it's a nice tartan. I bought a scarf in it when I was on Iona five years ago, and it now makes quite a nice wall hanging in my bedroom!
