About what I figured, and I did not catch the part about no local pickups when I first looked. That makes no sense, even if there is not true store to go to. I will keep searching as I am doing now, and when the itch gets real bad, I will maybe pick up another SW standard. Not much more money and decent quality. At least until I get my USAK. Then I might be in trouble based on other's reactions to a traditional kilt.
