Och Aye the nooo. "och" is an exclaimition like oh
"Aye" is yes -or in the Highlands is used as a greeting like "hi" somtimes good bye
"the nooo" it means now
so it means "oh hello now" or "oh yes now"
only thing is Scots never say it its a common saying used by English people mimicking our accent
The south cost is good for the weather, Barry your the official "ambassador of the Kilt" for that area it sounds like
