Breech?
I've noticed several military kilts on E-Bay that have a Breech size posted.Can someone please enlighten me as to what this is?:confused:

The back end of something. In this case yer ****, the widest part'o yer bum.

So that measurement would not be at the actual hips, but would be the widest full circumference on the way down? ...as in roughly a couple of inches below the hips on most people?

So,breech size is the same as your hip size? It would make sense.After all,you need a waist,hip and length measurement to make a kilt.I guess its one of those English words that totally confuses us yanks.

Exactly! Usually it is the widest flair of the hips plus the largest part of the bum.
