I've used Sierra for several years as a source for hiking boots, camping junk and now socks...they've always used UPS. Bear in mind that I'm in the city of Chicago proper.

Sorry that they can't seem to be able to get the goods to you directly...I guess that I assume that there's no place in this Great Nation of ours that one of those brown trucks can't get to. It appears that I give them too much credit!
