Free Guinness!!!!

I like that! They didn't share that bit with us but I did tell my Wife and the folks at the table we were toasting you too. They thought that was pretty cool. We did learn some interesting facts, such as Arthur Guiness having 21 children. For some reason the women all focused right in on that with a bit of a moan. don't know why that was (yes I do, but I'll deny it if anyone suggests otherwise )

They did have some small taster glasses shaped like traditional pint glasses which were used both for the tasting and as prizes. My Wife managed to "liberate" one each with the labels Guiness, Smithwick, and Harp. They'll go well with the set of pint glasses my Daughter purloined in Dublin. I don't understand how my family became so larcenous. Thank goodness their acquisitions are limited to souvenir bar glasses.

just so you know ...the tapping of the pint on the table after clinking glasses is something I do personally ....its not something Guinness does
