Kinda looks like a hostess skirt, worn so low.

Probably actually need to get it hemmed, it is a bit long. One other thing I've noticed on some web sites people do wear them long, guess its a matter of opinion.
Just a note, I did try it on again, evidently, it might not be that I'm wearing it too low as I originally thought, its way long even after pulling it up past my waist. C'est la vie.

ehh, doesn't bother me. Then again there are a lot of looks that I don't like regarding traditional kilts and normal dress though.
