    New kilt has arrived

My Cameron Highlanders kilt from WPG arrived friday so I had a chance to wear it out & about for the weekend. Got nothing but complements everywhere we went & even had one inquiry from another man who wanted to know where he could get one.

This pic was taken on the shaded side of the house so it's a little dark, but you can still see the tartan ok I hope.

P.S. Thanks to those who recomended this kilt.
I love the heft, feel & the way it moves when I'm walking. And it seems to hold it's pleats and not wrinkle even with all the times I was in & out of the truck the last two days.

Great looking kilt. But I have to agree with Sherry about the belt and also with GlassMan about any day a kilt arrives is a good day. Have fun.

Yep, that's the other half of my jones.
I've ordered a belt too. Just have to wait for it to get here from Scottland, so that may take a couple of weeks.
At least I can wrap-up in wooly warmth to go out in the cold. That makes me a happy camper.

Congrats, I have one of those and have to agree it is a excellent kilt. It's turned out to be my favourite one and the one I wear most of the time,it's real heavy and swings beautifully.

Yup, got to get a belt. I actually found a Fossil belt for like $20 at a local department store that went with my kilt pretty well.

    tartan color looks good.

A good everyday belt is a tool belt (the kind without the attached pouches) available at home improvement stores like Menards or Home Depot.
