I will NEVER knock anyone that does something original and innovative with the kilts. It's a load tougher than many would think. How to maintain the basic kilt, but put an individual touch on it without stealing another's design or basic premise. The aluminum foil look may not be my cup-o-tea, but then there are plenty that don't care for the standards.

My hat goes off to them for trying something else! I hope that they do well and spread the gospel according to kilts.

~As for the PVC... well... the drainage pipe that I sell in PVC would be a little rigid for a good flow and drape in the pleats! Perhaps they should do a little more investigation before they try to sound technical?

I think it looks kinda cool, but I'd like to see it in more of a dark or gunmetal silver, like these pants:

I think the idea is neat, but the execution is wrong- maybe a kilt in silk shantung with undertones or other luxury fabric would be better- but about as expensive if not more than traditional kilts.

Hmm. Actually, I would wear that on stage at a rock gig. I'd have to wear the right shirt with it, and boots, not hose, but I can definitely see that for stage wear.

Signal for help? It would probably show up on spy sattelite photos.
