Greetings from SE Texas
Add another Texan to the board. Even though I was actually born in Mississippi, I consider Texas home as I've stuck around for 32 years now. I ordered my first kilt for the local Ren Fair. If not for reading the posts on this board I might have been one of the poor unfortunates wearing his pleats in the front. I thank all of you for saving me from that embarrassment. Board members from Texas feel free to unload your best Aggie jokes....I like a good laugh! At least I sit on my pleats. I ordered a UK workman (arrives Friday), for putting up fence and general building. After that, I have to convince my wife that the kilt is standard horse riding attire. For each new saddle I need a new kilt. We'll see how that works. Howdy all!

Welcome, and let us know how that new kilt for each new saddle works out! Although, from what I know, saddles aren't cheap either...

You're gonna love the UK Workman's. What color did you chose? Don't matter much, you'll buy more like you said :grin:
My daughter jgot married, lived and worked in College Station for many years, think with the city. Her now ex-husband was with Westinghouse there.
I went to a few AA meetings at the Brazos Club when I visited. Good folks down your way.
