Heres some more info on the kilts. Both are Blackwatch and have signs of wear. I purchased them from a friend in Florida.He bought them about 6 years ago in London and never wore them. Aside from the label there are no names in them. I can only imagine their service history.
Almost forgot, I was told these are 22oz. kilts.

The size is on the label and no, I'm not parting with them. :grin:
There have been several on E-Bay, you'll have to watch for them.

At one time, Thomas Gordon's was one of the premier kiltmakers in Scotland. My co-author, Elsie Stuehmeyer, apprenticed with them for 5 years starting in 1947 when she was 15. It's where she learned the kiltmaking technique that she taught me and that appears in our book.

It looks like I've got two well-made,quality kilts. Does anyone know of a source for these other than E-Bay ? I've been searching all evening and turned up zilch.
